Gina Capretta joined Weastec’s newly formed Marketing Department in June 2023 as a Marketing Analyst!

Gina’s role at Weastec includes establishing methods for acquiring new customers. This is done by conducting various forms of market research to learn about trends in the industry. The Marketing Department analyzes these trends to identify new business opportunities for Weastec.

Although the Marketing Department is a new addition to Weastec, Gina considers this an asset. As a brand-new department, there is freedom to implement new ideas and practices to help the department reach its full potential!

The most valuable thing she has learned at Weastec is about the work environment and associate backgrounds. “Everyone’s background adds a unique value to the office.” Different experiences make a work environment diverse and special!

In her free time, Gina enjoys art, music, hiking, and riding horses. She is truly happy to be a part of the Weastec team!
