Recruiting Process

Apply Online

Once you have found the right job for you, apply online! Our recruitment team will review your credentials against the requirements of the position.


If you are a good fit, we will contact you regarding interviews. Phone screens are conducted first, followed by on-site interviews. We invite you to bring questions about our company, positions and culture!


The recruitment team will reach out to all candidates (usually within a week) regarding our hiring decision. If selected, we will extend a conditional offer. Pending a successful background check and drug screen, we will confirm your offer and start date.


Once your start date is confirmed, you will receive additional details about your new hire experience. We will send you our electronic on-boarding (so you can get all that paperwork out of the way) and all the details needed for your first day at Weastec!
