Weastec proudly recognizes the hard work of all its associates from those in their first years of employment to those with many years of service.

Monthly, Weastec spotlights these associates to acknowledge them for all they do! Meet the associates that make Weastec a great place to work!

Connie Stewart has worked for Weastec for almost 2 years! In that time, Connie has helped in several roles! She fills in for the Jet Purge line at WGO & helps Shipping and Receiving pick, receive and locate orders!

Her actual position is in the cage at WGO. As QE Tech, she inspects and processes bad or suspect parts from the Jet Purge line, processes IPP’s, works with Honda and supplies regarding defects & parts shortages.

“I love my job, my cage and the QE team! I love that I am lucky enough to get to work so close to home. I love the WGO team and how we all jump in and help other departments to get the job done!”

The most valuable thing she says she has learned in her time at Weastec is Teamwork!

Connie is also a member of the Safety and Community Service Committees representing WGO.

Connie is a huge support to the Weastec team, caring about the quality of her work performance and caring for co-workers making the team stronger! She has made Weastec her home and she would like to retire from Weastec one day!

In her spare time, Connie loves anything related to trucks, hot rods, street rods, car shows, cruise-ins and drag racing! Her husband, Scott owns a custom hot rod shop! Together, she and her husband have 11 vehicles!

She enjoys helping him rebuild motors and make what was an ugly car or truck beautiful again! Her and her husband share a few adult children, her boy Gavin, 3 puppies and grandson, Lincoln Scott – son of Vanessa Scott also on the Jet Purge line at WGO!  Thank you, Connie, for all you do for Weastec!
