Jim Tomko Graduates from the 2022 Leadership Highland Program.
Jim Tomko, Weastec New Model Assistant Manager, graduated from the Leadership Highland program this Wednesday at the the Porch in Hillsboro. Leadership Highland is a program that consists of nine full-day course sessions and a graduation ceremony. Each session has been designed to provide participants with a greater knowledge of Highland County and leadership skills for all professions. Special presentations, guided tours, panel discussions, observation opportunities, and class projects provide a diverse experience for all participants. The program is operated by the OSU Extension Highland County. Weastec’s first graduate of the program was Doug Ernst back in 1991 and nearly all of the Weastec Management have graduated from the program.
