Service awards: December 2025 – January 2026
Weastec recently celebrated service awards for associates with anniversaries between December 2025 and January 2026.
The event included a breakfast with members of management, the Vice President, and the President of the company. Over donuts and coffee, associates shared stories, reflected on their experiences, and discussed lessons learned throughout their time at Weastec.
Service awards are presented beginning at an associate’s 5‑year anniversary and continue at 10, 20, 25, 30, and even 35 years of service. Each honoree receives a certificate signed by executive management in recognition of their dedication.
Associates recognized in the recent celebration included:
- Tracy Vance – 35 years
- Shawn Conlon – 30 years
- Bob Dodrill – 25 years
- Justin Brown – 5 years
- Samantha Holbert – 5 years
- Nancy Smith – 5 years
