Prototyping
As part of our design and development process, prototyping allows us to quickly manufacture products to verify customer styling requirements, present styling and functional options to the customer and to confirm general characteristics of the designs.
Production of rubber and aluminum tooling allows for rapid creation of precision injection molded components. Weastec and Toyodenso also utilize in-house 3D printing for immediate fabrication of injection molded products. In-house prototype painting and laser etching machines can add a finished look to these pre-production parts. Prototyped printed circuit boards also allow us to verify functionality and illumination characteristics.
