We offer activities for our associates and their families to enjoy! These include an on-site Santa visit, Easter Bunny fun and summer outing tickets. We also have fun on-site:

Community Involvement
In order to foster a more sustainable future for our associates, community, and society, Weastec seeks to address key UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), with a focus on our local community, through our corporate giving initiatives. Every year, contributions are also made by Weastec associates, individually and collectively, to strengthen the communities around us. Whether they are collecting school supplies, working at a local food bank, or buying Christmas presents for local children, associates are always looking for ways to give back and support the local communities. Allowing our associates to serve their communities is an important part of life at Weastec. We partner with #TeamHonda- A global movement to assist organizations in need as well as several local charities:

Kaizen
The Kaizen program focuses on the continuous enhancement of Weastec’s operations. The value of a Kaizen initiative is determined by its alignment with our corporate objectives, which include enhancing safety, environmental practices, quality, delivery, efficiency, and waste reduction. Employees have the opportunity to receive monetary incentives for successful implementation of their Kaizen suggestions. All team members are urged to actively seek out ideas for improvement.
Quality Circle
A quality circle is a cross functional team within Weastec that identifies and solves specific problems. Teams compete at Weastec to receive an internal score. Gold standard teams may be eligible to represent Weastec at Honda’s CAN conference. Depending on the outcome at the Honda conference, teams may be invited to travel globally and continue the Honda competition.
